Departures (Arrivals)

A two-part residency and choreographic production, Departures (Arrivals) featured a series of four new works developed within the out-of-service elevator in the Fine Arts Building in Chicago. While artistic director Victoria Eleanor Bradford generated choreography in a rural residency 900 miles away, the company explored how these movements transition to an urban interior setting and how each step transformed under the confines of space.
